Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how NinQ — Ninja vs Shogun ("the App"), developed by Neon Pajamas Games ("we", "us"), handles information.

Information We Collect

The App itself does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our own servers. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, which can include:

• Device identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where you have granted permission
• IP address and coarse location derived from it
• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Personalized advertising identifiers are only used if you allow tracking in the ATT prompt. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized using the IDFA.

In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases (such as removing ads), payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests are configured in accordance with applicable ad content policies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored game progress. To reset advertising identifiers, use your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking / Apple Advertising).

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

本ポリシーは、Neon Pajamas Games（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「NinQ — Ninja vs Shogun」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

収集する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、当方のサーバーへ個人を特定できる情報を収集・保存・送信することはありません。ゲームの進行状況はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob（Google LLC）による広告を表示します。AdMobは広告配信のため、以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。

• 広告識別子（IDFA。トラッキング許可をいただいた場合のみ）
• IPアドレスおよびそれに基づくおおまかな位置情報
• 端末情報（機種・OSバージョン・言語）
• 広告の表示・タップなどの操作情報

アプリ内課金

広告非表示などのアプリ内課金の決済はAppleが処理し、当方がお支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。

お子様について

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としたものではなく、児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

データの保持と削除

当方のサーバーに個人データを保存しないため、保持・削除の対象はありません。本アプリを削除すると端末内のゲームデータも削除されます。広告識別子のリセットは端末の設定（設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ）から行えます。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定時は本ページにて更新日とともに掲示します。
